Getting started

1. Register your company

Create an account and register your microfinance institution. You will need company details (name, registration number, address, contact).

1. Go to the home page and click Register your company.
2. Fill in the registration form with your company and primary contact information.
3. Submit the form. Your registration will be reviewed by an administrator.

2. Sign in

Use your email and password to sign in. After approval, you can access the dashboard and FM reports.

1. Open the login page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Sign in.

3. Reset your password

If you forgot your password, use the password reset flow. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email address and submit.
3. Check your inbox and click the link in the email to set a new password.
